A premier building materials exhibition & seminar — organised by The Indian Institute of Architects, Assam Chapter. June 13–15, 2025, Maniram Dewan Trade Center, Guwahati.
The brief
From concept to a live experience.
We were proud to be the branding and event management partner of Building Solutions 2025. Our end-to-end delivery covered everything from conceptualising and promoting the exhibition as a brand — through traditional advertising channels and digital marketing campaigns — to creating a memorable on-ground customer experience.
Floor plans and stall layout designs, venue branding and setup, participant engagement across registration, exhibition stalls, seminars, workshops and dining — our team brought the planned vision from paper to reality.

01 · Brand identity
Logo & website design.
A bold visual identity built around dark blue and red — the official event colours — translated across a responsive website at buildingsolutions2025.brandign.in and every on-ground touchpoint.

02 · Taking it outdoors
Hoardings & banners across Guwahati.
High-impact billboards positioned across the city built awareness in the weeks leading up to the event — visible by day and illuminated after dark.



03 · Going digital
Social media campaigns.
A multi-platform digital marketing campaign with static and animated posts, teaser and countdown videos, spotlight reels and partner announcements. Targeted Instagram and Facebook ads drove awareness and engagement — increasing footfall over previous years.

04 · The grand welcome
Entrance gate & wayfinding.
A larger-than-life entrance gate welcomed thousands of visitors, setting the tone for a premium experience. A dedicated layout hoarding helped guests navigate halls, stalls, the seminar hall, dining area and VIP lounge with ease.



05 · First touchpoint
Registration desk.
A branded registration zone with colour-coded badge systems for Visitors, Exhibitors and VIPs — designed for speed, recognition and a polished first impression.
06 · Learning meets design
Seminar halls & ceremonies.
Seminar spaces were thoughtfully designed with an integrated stage setup. Branded LED backdrops, dynamic lighting, AV integration and quick-turnaround seating supported ceremonies, panels and workshops for a professional audience.



07 · Event highlights
Exhibitor experiences.
Custom-designed stalls for leading brands including Haier, Schindler, Eurobond, Kutchina, Tostem, Aludecor, Somany and many more — each tailored to the brand while maintaining venue-wide consistency.




08 · Hospitality
Crafting the dining experience.
A welcoming dining space that balanced comfort, accessibility and brand aesthetics. From signage and service counters to coordinated coupon systems and seating layouts — every detail crafted for a seamless flow where attendees could relax, network and recharge.
